We are very happy to be now in Balatonfoldvar in Hungary at the Spartacus Sailing Club. The club is organizing a great event with 39 entries from 7 countries.
After 3 days of measurement and training, the Europeans are started on Wednesday 22nd with 4 good races in light wind conditions (10-12 knots wind). On Thursday strong wind (15-24 knots) made 3 races possible. For sailors it was hard working to keep the boats in good sail conditions. Unfortunately some damage and some injuries during the day. Because of the weather forecast the race commitee decided to stop after 3 races. Weatherforecast for tommorow looks better and racing will start tomorrow at 11.00.
Prizegiving will be Sunday.
